I have a set of 5 custom tunes from 5Star Tuning, Banks headers with Y pipe and 4.88 gears (with my 35" tires it has an effective ratio of 4.39). My maintenance schedule was probably better than average, but far from perfect. Only problem I ever head was a dead fuel pump at 220k, and it tended to eat up front tires..
