The first map I cleared was Layton Lakes, the mission where I had to kill black bears with a .270 and 100 quick kill took me quite a while. First bunch of areas in Hirschfelden are densely forested, Layton Lake is way more open and the lakesides are peppered with needzones. I started in the german territory and played 60 hrs there before I moved over and have to say Layton Lake is way easier and also imho more populated. Hunting blind means booth you build for 1700, but you can also use portable blinds from tents and blinds DLC for those missions.
