Oct 13, 2023 · Hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome (SOS) is a severe and life-threatening complication after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). We conducted a multi-center retrospective study to evaluate the utility of our ultrasonographic scoring system for the diagnosis of SOS (HokUS-10) in predicting SOS-related mortality (SOS-RM). The sonographic scoring system had an overall visible agreement with the histopathological scoring system and findings of the pathologist. In Table 2, the agreement was determined by Cohen’s kappa.
