Just took NBME form 4 OB-GYN and scored a 52. I was wondering accurate are they? ... My shelf score was within 4 points of my last 2 NBMEs and within 10 of my first 2. None of them are particularly time-consuming to get through and I only had a month for this rotation. Feel like a lot of these answers are useless without context for what score they got or what their honors cutoff were. I got a n 86 on my ob gyn shelf which was one of my lower ones doing uworld, uwise and no reading. I just read case files once or twice throughout the rotation then did USMLE world the last 2 weeks of the rotation. That is all you need. UWorld is phenomenal for the ob/gyn shelf. I can't remember how I did on the UWorld questions, but I did every single one until I got them right.
