Here is how I ended fixing it. Step 1: Remove the battle [dot]net application. I actually changed the name to "Old [dot]Battle" but you can trash it as well. Step 2: There is a folder Users [slash]Shared [slash]Battle [dot]net. Get rid of that (again I changed mine to Old [dot]Battle [dot]Net). Don't worry, this can be fixed pretty easily and Agent can be woken again ^^. First thing to try is deleting the Battle.net Cache and Files.
