What I did during my grind was just go stand somewhere close to the safespot for 10+ mins without moving (auto retaliate off). When enough time passed I killed the lizardman attacking me and having lost aggro, safespot the shaman. Don't move out too far after losing aggro or you will regain it again.Also you will have some regular lizardmen aggroed at the start. 9.
