Bear (slower than some other clans, but cheaper shields, bear and maiden to clear etc. makes this a great clan. Snake (Tbh. not sure if the clan really is S tier. I just hate playing against it.) A. Northgard is filled with six main clans to choose from, each with its own playstyles and abilities. 1- Nidhogg is also good in the early clearing of tiles due to its abillity of taking your villagers to neutral territory. But still bear is better, he can do it with his free hero while his villagers work uninterrumped. 2- Economy of nidhogg is rly good, even better than bear clan, thanks to your best, healthy slaves.

In Northgard it is very hard to make a tier lists because you can get destroyed by a map - this works especially in duels and FFAs - when you get 14 wolves around your territory as an eco clan like stag or raven... you are doomed. It's more likely about consistency. I would say the most balanced and usually in the top tiers is the Horse. Basically you have 2 warchiefs that replace the miners making one of the most difficult resources for new people easy. ark cryo sickness Wolf and Kraken are S tier for sure, candidates for future nerfs haha. Last tournament we basically only saw squirrel/lynx and wolf/stag for 2v2s. Squirrel and stag got a bit nerfed, but while squirrel is still in a good spot stag lost all it's eco snowball potential. So goat, kraken and boar are probably stronger now.Yes it does have a story mode, and also a conquest mode which is sort of like normal games with special conditions.
